1 stick celery
little parsley
1 chopped tomato
little cream
1. Heat the Soup (1 portion, the can)
2. Add 2 portions of water (just use the can again) gradually, whisp
3. Add all the other stuff except the Seafood
4. Add a little cream, if you like, whisp
5. Bring to boil
6. Add the Seafood and boil 1-3 mins. March 26 Best BrownieTried this brownie recipe from Betty Crocker. Instead of using 2 little squares chocolate i put in a whole plate/table chocolate. There is never too much chocolate.
Bake at 170°C for 30-40 mins, 1- 1 1/4hr for double recipe
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 plate 70% dark chocolate
3 tblsp butter
3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1. Beat eggs and sugar.
2. Microwave chocolate(seperate the plate into squares) and butter for 50 sec.
3. Mix the chocolate and butter with a spoon until the chocolate completely melts.
4. Beat choco&butter into egg&sugar.
5. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Beat.
6. Add the walnuts. Mix with spatula.
Makes a small chewy, soft, moist brownie. I doubled the recipe to make a larger one, which is better i think.
If you want frosting.
1 cup confectioners sugar
6 squares semi sweet chocolate
3 tbsp butter
1. Microwave choco and butter for 30 sec.
2. Mix with spoon until choco melts completely.
3. Beat into confectioners sugar.
4. If to dry add a tbsp. milk
Frost the brownie.
